Ah let me guess, you are trying to play on the internal screen of your notebook. Well the issue is that without a special configuration, any app/game started there will use the IGPU of your CPU, what the game engine can not run/use.
Configure your GPU driver to the dedicated GPU ...

Could you please activate expanded logging in the hardware patch, apply the patch again and post the log here?

I got Windows 11 so the game doesn't even run. Your hardware patch has been installed, I even let the patch get smoothly through the firewall so any of "denied" didn't showed up while installing.
After all that... failed. It still doesn't run. Any solution up from now?
