Those lvl 24 Orcs only spawn once you completed a late game quest; them appearing at all for you makes me think that their script files (and possibly ALL scripts) are not in the correct location.

Make sure you install the mod variant for your version - GameData files for 1.54 are much smaller than 1.61 due to not including the polish and russian translations i. e.

The Trolls on Stoneblade take a long time until they become active and start spawning. This is also the case in vanilla.
The best way to fight the Trolls after they are activated is by flanking them through the minotaur side of the map, who are much weaker than the trolls.

Uninstalling a SpellForce mod and loading a save is bound to cause these kinds of issues. I advise to make a save before each map and if making any changes such as installing/uninstalling a mod, load that save and re-enter the map you want to play to minimize issues.

SpellForce Remaster Framework
As SpellForce 1 is still waiting for its remaster/remake, I have made a mod/framework to improve the vanilla experience of the game while also providing something that can be used as a "foundation" for other mods.
It is no Remaster, not by a long shot, but it does help modders make their own.

Thanks to NeoX I have been able to add a mod installer.
I have attached it to the first post.
It includes an exe file both for newer systems as well as one for Windows XP.
You can just pick the version of your game within the exe and either install, repair/upgrade and uninstall with it.

Uploaded a hotfix for my mod, there was an army of Crimson Empire units just chilling in Liannon. They liked the climate. I kicked them back to Shal'dun though.
