Re: SpellForce 2 Hardware Patch
OK I "fixed" it.
I basically made my settings how I want them, save them, then take that confog xml file safe it somewhere else. Then apply the patch and then hard copy my settings to teh newly generated one and save it.
I just can't go to settings ingame and safe them, or I need to appyl the ...

Re: SpellForce 2 Hardware Patch
That sounds like the game overwrites its patches files and settings with something corrupted.
Are you using Steams bugged Anniversary Edition and Steamcloud overwrites the files every time?
I switched to the gold edition in the beta tab before doing the patch.
But did you deactivate the ...

Re: SpellForce 2 Hardware Patch
Hi I have a weird problem with the patch.
It works, but only starting once. So I patch the game, start the game and it works. But if I close it and start it again, I get a blackscreen and my TV says unsupported resolution problem or something like that and alt+tab I can go to my desktop again ...

Re: SF Platinum Edition - (native) High Resolution Mod + Healthbar Fix
Thats sadly normal when you have values applied to the game that are outside the normal game code range. Manualy edition the config.lua is sadly the only option.
Greetings: NeoX
Do you know what I need to edit, as I have no idea what to edit?
Could you maybe provide me a config file with ...

Re: SF Platinum Edition - (native) High Resolution Mod + Healthbar Fix
I got it to work without the healthbar fix in window classic mode. This is the only combination that works at all. Unfortunately that means no healthbars...
E: somehow it did start now with the patch applied, but still no healthbars...
For me no version works at all with an AMD graphics card ...

Re: Savegames compatible with Winterlight Peak 2nd Run
So there is a bug in the Spellforce 2 Anniversary Edition where textures in Winterlight Peak aren't loaded on save files with newest versions. Thanks to the user "Skadess" of the community I was given a save file that is viable to avoid this bug.
If you use one of these save files, you can play ...

Re: SF Platinum Edition - (native) High Resolution Mod + Healthbar Fix
So having trouble with mouse sync in 1.8 pretty much seems my mouse is registered in accordance with your non upscaled window.
This means in the upscaled version I have to put my mouse over the multiplayer button to click the exit button etc, making it virtually unplayable
This seems the case on ...

Re: SpellForce 2 Hardware Patch
Oh that's a shame but that means as long I could a get ahold of a save file made in 2.0 I could avoid the bug? Well seems very difficult going through the hassle if there would be at least a site where you can get savefiles. I think this would be a nobrainer.
I mean I have lots of them I ...
