Hey guys, I was trying to solve this issue with the missing bars (i have an AMD videocard). What helped me, I updated my Adrenalin from 24.smth to 26.3.1, then I restarted my laptop, and now game runs in widescreen and shows the health/mana bars. Hope it helps someone.

When I start the game trying to apply the health bar fix it says I don't have Directx 9 installed. I tried installing it and still doesn't start. Any help? I can't find the recommended version of 537.54 from a reputable source if that is the issue. I thought vulkan was installed with the nvidia ...

I do not see on the box/dvd/manual or quick start manual a version number . where can I find it? Also I downloaded the patches for the 3 gammes but have not used them not knowing if they are needed. they are patch v1_11.exe/v138.exe & v152a.

I found an article that said to move install.log to desktop and it worked I was able to uninstall the game however when I installed it from scratch the install went fine but it never asked for the Key, just went to the "Your temporary key has expired. If you believe this message is in error ...

Retail DVD, English, I tied twice to enter the Key and no good. Now it juet says "Your temporary key has expired. If you believe this message is in error, please contact the program's author.' It is not giving me the opportunity to try the Key again. Also it will not even let me uninstall the game ...

What do you mean with patched? Platinium edition is already the latest version of the game in full content at version 1.52a and 1.54.

If we talk retail disc version. Whats the exact one? Language, DVD, OEM ect...?

Also made you sure there is no typo in the key?
