I do not see on the box/dvd/manual or quick start manual a version number . where can I find it? Also I downloaded the patches for the 3 gammes but have not used them not knowing if they are needed. they are patch v1_11.exe/v138.exe & v152a.

I found an article that said to move install.log to desktop and it worked I was able to uninstall the game however when I installed it from scratch the install went fine but it never asked for the Key, just went to the "Your temporary key has expired. If you believe this message is in error ...

Retail DVD, English, I tied twice to enter the Key and no good. Now it juet says "Your temporary key has expired. If you believe this message is in error, please contact the program's author.' What do you mean with patched? Platinium edition is already the latest version of the game in full content at version 1.52a and 1.54.

If we talk retail disc version. Whats the exact one? Language, DVD, OEM ect...?

Also made you sure there is no typo in the key?

OK I "fixed" it.

I basically made my settings how I want them, save them, then take that confog xml file safe it somewhere else. Then apply the patch and then hard copy my settings to teh newly generated one and save it.
