I want to say that you have been more then patient with me and I am REALLY gratefull. But I give up. it is not worth the headache so THANKS again for trying. I wish you the best.

The box I have says iut has the order of dawn/breath of winter & Shadow of the Phoenix.

The patch say's it can't patch it because it could not be located in Drive L:\spellforce Platinum\Spellforce, I have it installed in drive C: I do not have a drive L:. I tried putting the patch in the jowood folder but still wouldn"t patch the game.

I have the requested pic but can't figure out how to get nit sent to my PC wil keep you posted. I looked it up and it is the same exact one as shown here.

I do not see on the box/dvd/manual or quick start manual a version number . where can I find it? Also I downloaded the patches for the 3 gammes but have not used them not knowing if they are needed. they are patch v1_11.exe/v138.exe & v152a.

reg added successfully but am still getting this message when I start the game. "Your temporary key has expired. If you believe this message is in error, please contact the program's author". I cannot figure this out as this is a boxed edition not a trial or whatever. Is there an uninstaller that ...

ok found spellforce in reg edit-shows this (Default) REG_SZ under data it says (value not set)
next line is New Value #1 REG_SZ

I found an article that said to move install.log to desktop and it worked I was able to uninstall the game however when I installed it from scratch the install went fine but it never asked for the Key, just went to the "Your temporary key has expired. I don't know why it keeps saying "Can't open Install.Log" as it is right there iin the game folder.
