Did you try to start it via the new start exe/shortcut at the desktop? Or have you applied the steam integration guide?
Could you provide the install log of the setup please?

I did start it with the new start exe/shortcut. I have not tried the steam integration guide yet, will do so.

Is it the d39d log? I'll attach it.

E: With the steam integration, the HD patch start splash is just looping and the game not starting

i meant the activity log of the setup of the mod-patch.
After installation you can simply click "back" and copy & paste the log out of the box.

Oh and can you provide me a savegame where you have this issue?

Alright thanks for that. I tested it at my end and all is fine (with your savegame).

I have an AMD Sapphire RX7900XTX at driver version 25.8.1. Whats yours? It all work fine out of the box.
Do you have any other mods applied?
