conformation code not working

I installed the Platinum edition and it went smoothly. It then asked for the code which I entered and it was rejected so I re-enetered and now it it won't let me try again. this is the boxed Platinum Edition and I am the only one to ever use it. What can I try now?

forgot to mention that I patched all 3 to latest versions.

Now says temporary code expired contact JoWood. I have the original code on the black CD sleeve the disk came in.

What do you mean with patched? Platinium edition is already the latest version of the game in full content at version 1.52a and 1.54.

If we talk retail disc version. Whats the exact one? Language, DVD, OEM ect...?

Also made you sure there is no typo in the key?

Retail DVD, English, I tied twice to enter the Key and no good. Now it juet says "Your temporary key has expired. If you believe this message is in error, please contact the program's author.' It is not giving me the opportunity to try the Key again. Also it will not even let me uninstall the game so I can try reinstalling it. It states that it cannot open "INSTALL.LOG"

Alright then lets do 2 things:

1. Deinstall the game via the windows apps manager settings
2. Try to reinstall with this key:

I open control panel/Click on uninstall program/choose Spellforce/ choose uninstall/- get notice "could not open INSTALL.LOG" am unable to uninstall program.

I don't know why it keeps saying "Can't open Install.Log" as it is right there iin the game folder.
