I have downloaded the hardware patch (and successfully installed I think) and camera bug patch and still nothing. I click either on the logo from dekstop or "play" in Steam - it is "thinking" for 2-3 seconds and do nothing.
Is it possible to do something more? My system is W11 x64
Could you please post the entire activity log of the Hardware patch here (direct as code form or attached as a txt)? I need to see the log to help you here. Also it would also help if you could provide a full "System-Report" with your hadrware data and DxDiag in case we have a core incompatibility here. You can use the System-Meeter-Bar ( http://smb.it-huskys.com/index.html ) for that, if you do not know all your data yourself.

ah i see you use a notebook with an Intel IGPU. You see Intel GPU's are not supported by the game-engine of SpellForce 2. You simply need to configure that the game uses the dedicated GPU (nvidia) when using the internal screen. You can also connect an external Monitor to your notebook and play on that. External Monitors connected via HDMI to the notebook, always use the dedicated GPU.

Same problem as the last one who posted.
Game will not start and no log is gen up when I try to run game.
Both DLC's run just fine its just the main game will not start.
Can you update your GPU drivers please? Also make sure the game is not blocked by any 3rd party apps like Antivirus.

It opens to the choice screen but when I tri to run the editor its closes just like the game does.
No error message pops up.
A dos looking black box opens for 1-3 sec before it just closes.
