Could not figure out how to edit my post.
My monitor is connected to the GPU.

thx, but i specificly asked for one with "Software" tagged in the report, but i need to see what runtimes may be missing at your end.
EDIT:
I see you have a quite strange desktop resolution: 1536 x 864
Do you have it zoomed in/scaled up? Could you set your desktop to 100% rendering and try again?

Don't know why its saying 1536x864 because the sys setting says its 1920x1080.
I think I got what you wanted, here is the report.
Have you tried installing Direct X 9.0c? Its the only thing i can see "missing" on your system.
Also the resolution is that low, because you seem to have it massively zoomed in/scaled up. The readout resolution is the one that is actualy used by windows. You can change that in your screen-setting in your windows settings. Set Scaling to 100%.
Well your issues could be connected to missing DirectX 9.0 or an incompatible GPU driver. Install the missing Direct X version and see if it solves it for you.
Also your DxDiag shows something strange:

Even the SMB did crash on your end? Are you sure its not something on your end blocking it? Since there is no crash-log, it seems like something has killed the process. What are your Security settings? Also i hope you run a local Administrator account not a Microsoft Cloud account. That one blocks a lot of apps and older legacy games from running.
We had cases here where using Windows 11 with a microsoft cloud account and no local administrator account, from running the game and its patches over all. Only a local administrator account solved the permission start issue.
